Michelle and Brian, Wedding August 9th, 2008

Here are some of Michelle and Brian's engagement photographs and some images from a really fun pre-bridal session with Michelle. We had a blast doing engagement photographs with Michelle  and Brian in the river valley and Whyte Ave area recently.  Michelle came to the studio for some pre-bridal portraits, we stuck to the studio so as not to get her beautiful gown soiled. Michelle you looked incredible in your dress and I can't wait to share in your wedding day, just a couple of more weeks.

Shipra and Hernish, Engagement Session

We are super excited to be photographing Shipra and Hernish's wedding the second week of May, first off they are an uber cool couple and secondly from the perspective of the photographers an Indian wedding is a feast to the senses, with amazing color and rich tradition. This of course makes for incredible imagery. We are photographing on five different days to capture the different ceremonies and celebrations that go into making an Indian wedding the wonderful cultural event that it is. Shipra and Hernish, Marj and I can hardly wait to share in the beginnings of your married lives together and are looking forward to capturing your wedding story.

Operation Home Front

Marj and I are looking forward to taking portraits this Saturday March 29th  of a number of the families of our soldiers. The Professional  Photographers of Alberta, Northern Chapter, are volunteering their services free of charge to take portraits of military families with a spouse on deployment. The portraits will then be developed and printed and a finished portrait will be sent to the loved one in Afghanistan in time for Mother's Day and Father's Day. It is quite a large undertaking with about 1000 families to be photographed, about 40 photographers are volunteering there time and talents. We are really excited to be involved in this project and feel priveledged to be of service to our military families who sacrifice so much.
